Which payments methods can i use to book activities?
On Piclaso you can pay with the following cards at the moment:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover & Diners, China UnionPay, Japan Credit Bureau, Cartes Bancaires, Interac.
We are always working on ways to improve Piclaso, so feel free to reach out to our support, if you have any wishes for us to integrate other payments methods.
How long in advance, can I book an activity?
The instructors decides on an activity-level how far in advance you can book a spot. Some activities can be booked within minutes before start time and others needs to be booked longer time in advance.
The default is set to 12 hours in advance, so unless the instructor has changed it, that'll be the timeframe.
How long in advance can i cancel my booking?
The instructors decides on an activity-level how close to the start time, you can refund a booking. Some activities can be cancelled within minutes before start time and others needs to be cancelled longer time in advance.
The default is set to 48 hours in advance, so unless the instructor has changed it, that'll be the timeframe.
Why do I need an client account?
The reason that you need an account is because you then have the ability to cancel and view your bookings, see your vouchers & giftcards, download receipts, review instructors etc.
It is also a way for us to make sure that reviews made for instructors are real and are made by people who've actually booked from the instructor. We want to help protect the instructor's reputation from fraudulent reviews.
Will you spam me with emails?
Of course not, we only send you emails regarding your bookings.
We know how annoying it is to be spammed with emails and therefore we've also made it so you can opt-out of receiving emails regarding your bookings.
You can also select if you want to receive emails regarding new instructors, discounts, pop-up events etc.
What is IBAN number?
Your IBAN number is a unique identifier, that allows us to transfer money to your bank account, when you make a sale on Piclaso.
IBAN is a one-way transaction, meaning that it only allows Piclaso to transfer money to your bank account and not withdraw money from it.
Where do I find my IBAN number?
You'll find your IBAN number in your internet bank or bank app. It varies for each bank where exactly they have place it, so if you can't find it, you might need to reach out to your bank for guidance.
Below is an example of how an IBAN code might look.

The first two letters identifies the country of the account. In this case DK stands for Denmark.
What activity type should i pick?
When creating an activity on Piclaso, you'll get the option between three different activity types, that helps the clients identify what type of activity it is.
Is it a class, workshop or event?
Classes are often smaller sessions and where you can attend multiple times. It happens on a continuous basis.
Events are often singular activities, that occurs rarely. Events are a non-continuous activity.
Workshops are often longer activities, like a full day or multi-day. Workshops often has a clear ending in terms of once the workshop is done, you've finished the topic. It doesn't continue in another session.
What is my monthly goals used for?
The monthly goals inside your dashboard are there for you to keep track of how you are performing compared to your goals.
Are you reaching your goals or doing even better?
Then maybe you need to raise your goals to a new level and strive for that.
Maybe you still have some way to go before you reach your monthly goals and that's perfectly okay. It can help you visualize and understand what you need to do more of.
If you are reaching your goals in terms of monthly bookings or new clients, but you are not reaching your monthly revenue goal, then you might need to increase your price.
Maybe you aren't getting as many clients per month as you want, which can mean you need to do more marketing or find new ways to attract new clients.
The monthly goals are there to help motivate you and see what you can do better.
How do i create a coupon code?
In your instructor dashboard on the "Sales" page, there's a tab in the top called "Coupons".
There you can create, edit or delete coupons.
You'll have different settings to select from, when creating a coupon like the date-range, discount amount, quantity etc.
What is the Google Calendar integration?
The Google Calendar integration allows Piclaso to add events in your calendar, when there is a booking and delete it from the calendar, if there is a cancellation.
If you are currently using Google Calendar to keep track of daily schedule and wants to keep using it as your daily calendar then this integration is perfect for you.
Piclaso only adds events in your calendar, when you have a timeslot for an activity that has at least one booking. Therefore you know, that if there is an event from Piclaso in your Google calendar, then that means you have an activity with attendants.
In the event, you can also see who are attending the event and the attendants will also get it in their Google Calendar. This means that they'll receive a notification 30 minutes before the start time from their calendar.
