If it's your first time coming to SHC, you can have a free day pass at the gym, you just need to sign up at the reception for a "trial session".
If you've been here before you can pay a day pass for additional 99kr.
If you have a membership at SHC, you just need to pay for the class.

High intense booty class for girls!
Using booty bands and some kettlebells and weights.
**This is just a pop up class, not a part of BOOTYCAMP.
I will be doing these classes once in a while for you to get some extra training or if you've never tried bootycamp you now have the chance to try it out!!
If you have a booty band you can bring it, otherwise you can borrow on from me or buy your own at the class for only 99kr.

I am a former basketball player and bikini fitness athlete. I have many years of experience of weight lighting and fitness.
My focus areas are weight lighting, weight loss, bootybuilding and body toning.
Every month I have my attractive 4 week BOOTYCAMP for women, where the focus is booty building and weightless/toning.
I teach in English but I understand danish and can speak a little :)
